We started off 2011 with a delicious breakfast of shrimp-n-grits at The Dixie Grill in downtown Wilmington, NC.
Shrimp-n-Grits is a true Carolina Coast speciality and it was better than expected.

So we decided to start a new tradition of a photo on New Year's morning. Here we are in our "after a full evening of spirits and revelry" mode . . .
